Puppy Transport Conditions 

In the case of transport; First Frost Kennels can recommend our preferred transporter or the Buyer may research their own. Any transport company the Buyer decides on, must be registered with the USDA, certified in animal CPR, licensed, and insured. The transporter must not travel with or transport any other animals or puppies besides puppies from First Frost Kennels. First Frost Kennels will not pay Buyer’s transport costs. First Frost Kennels requires that our contracts are filled out, signed, and sent back to FFK before the puppy leaves FFK care. The said puppy MUST be paid in full before leaving with the listed transport company. First Frost Kennels is not liable for any injuries/or demise of said puppy once in the listed transport company’s care. Any injury/or demise incurred by the negligence of the listed transport company will be investigated. Each case will be dealt with individually. First Frost Kennels will send the Buyer clear pictures and/or videos of the said puppy before leaving with the listed transport company. Once Buyer receives the said puppy they must send confirmation to First Frost Kennels with pictures and/or videos.
